Biography
Prerna specialises in intellectual property rights and has over a decade of experience in intellectual property, commercial law and dispute resolution. She regularly advises clients on M&A transactions, joint venture arrangements and regulatory compliance, including assisting multinational corporations with RBI and FEMA regulations and establishment of operations in India.
She works with companies across diverse sectors such as IT/ITES, manufacturing, banking and finance, and infrastructure. Prerna is also recognised for her expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts and has extensive experience in high-stakes dispute resolution, including domestic and cross-border arbitrations involving jurisdictions such as Singapore and the UK.
Prerna holds an LLM in International Business and Commercial Law from the prestigious The University of Manchester, England.
