Biography
Najeeb is a senior civil litigator with over twenty-five years of experience practising before tribunals, city civil courts, High Courts and the Supreme Court of India. He advises and represents government corporations, leading builders, and companies in the hospitality and pharmaceutical sectors in litigation matters across various courts.
He sits on the advisory panels of several banking and non-banking financial institutions, providing strategic advice on regulatory issues and appearing on their behalf in disputes. His practice covers commercial and contractual disputes, including recovery claims and specific performance, as well as real estate disputes where he represents both landlords and tenants.
Najeeb also has a specialised practice in shipping and maritime law, advising on and securing arrest of vessels.
